Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is a highly infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. The outbreak of this virus began on December 2019 in Wuhan, China and according to WHO, 267,013 cases have been confirmed in 185 countries including 11,201 deaths. On March 11, 2020 WHO declared coronavirus outbreak pandemic. Older people and people with other medical conditions may be more vulnerable to become ill. People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before exposing the symptoms. The most common symptoms are
  1. Runny nose
  2. Fever
  3. Dry cough
  4. Tiredness
  5. Difficulty breathing(severe cases)
There is no specific medicine to treat coronavirus disease but there are some DO and DON'T which will help you to protect yourself and prevent spreading the virus to others.
DO
  1. Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water
  2. Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze
  3. Avoid social gathering or close contact with people who are unwell
  4. Stay home and self-isolate from other if you feel unwell
DON'T
Touch your eyes ,nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
